Oversize items (30.0 kg - 10000.0 kg and items over 1.5m length) will be delivered by XDP. Please add mobile contact number in the order for better communication. If an order is deemed to be bulk and not suitable for a standard courier service, we may need to palletise.

Orders will only be dispatched to the invoice address passed to us with the order. To reduce waste, we may reuse packaging from a range of products.

If you change your mind, don't worry this sometimes happens. Please advise if your item is damaged item within 48 hours of receipting it from the courier. Your item develops a fault within 30 days of receipt. Once the product arrives it will be processed for assessment and verification of the fault. Upon receipt it will be inspected, tested and repaired. If we are unable to repair the item we will offer a replacement (stock permitting).
